VCU faculty, staff, and student org leaders can use EMS, an online scheduling portal, to reserve VCU’s campus spaces, including classrooms, conference rooms, theaters, outdoor meeting spaces, and athletic fields/courts.
EMS users can browse availability, make a reservation, or modify a reservation.
The EMS portal requires an account with a username and password. Anyone who needs help with EMS or wants to request EMS account access, may email email@example.com or call 804.828.9502.
The Event Services team at The Commons manages the EMS portal at VCU. This team is always available for support and training on how to use the EMS platform. Look for helpful guides and videos on the EMS home page. You can find additional information on the Events Services website.
