The Peer Leadership Team is here for you.

Amid all the demands for your time, energy and attention, we know how hard it can be to find time to grow and invest in yourself. The Peer Leadership Team, both the staff in VCU Transform and members of the Peer Leadership Committee, want to make your experience as memorable and formative as possible.

To make sure you have what you need to succeed, the Peer Leadership Team offers the following opportunities for continued growth, development, and support:

Training events designed to help hone your leadership skills
Exciting opportunities to celebrate your leadership, including awards and Peer Leader Appreciation Week each semester

Enroll in the Peer Leader Canvas course and complete the brief training modules to help support your Peer Leader Experience
Celebrate and support your fellow Peer Leaders
Commit fully to your role to make the most impact on yourself, others, and this community
