Conferences + Travel
During your time here, research will end up leading to presentations and talks which means travel. Here are a couple of useful links to guide you through the travel process of booking flights and hotels, as well as getting reimbursements.
- VCU Travel Grants: Interested in presenting at a conference this semester? VCU offers grad travel grants to cover $300 of your cost, first come first serve basis, so apply early!
- Chrome River: The main program VCU uses to track travel expenses. The VCU Procurement center provides a central hub of everything you need to know!
