Time to Prepare for 2025-26 Annual Student Organization Re-Registration
Each year, all student organizations are required to submit the annual re-registration form in order to be recognized by the university and to be eligible to access (1) SGA funding, (2) SOVO Fair participation, and (3) campus space reservations in EMS.
Annual re-registration begins May 1st and ends June 1st.
Key Things to Prepare For BEFORE filling out the form:
ONLY the president for the 2025-2026 academic year may complete this form
You MUST update your officer roles in RamsConnect (Learn how to update officer roles in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)
You MUST update your membership rosters in RamsConnect (Learn how to update your membership roster in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)
Update your constitution (if needed) and upload to your RamsConnect page (Learn how to update your constitution and upload to RamsConnect)
Join us for an inspiring celebration at our Mix & Mingle event featuring the passionate efforts of social justice and service student organizations! This is your chance to connect with groups dedicated to positively impacting our campus and beyond. Refreshments will be provided.

Also, from April 20 - 26, APB & friends are ready to provide you with the BEST HAVOC week VCU has seen yet, an ENTIRE WEEK full of events for you all to engage.
If your student organization has been granted funding for the academic year, the following are important deadlines:
Tuesday April 1st, 2025 - The deadline has passed to submit purchase requests (VCU staff tenders payment on your organization’s behalf).
Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 - Funding cannot be used for any purpose after this date.
Monday, May 5th, 2025 - Last day to submit reimbursements. Reimbursements are only allowed for Food/Beverages purchases and Travel and must be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date.
