Annual Registration Starts May 1st
Each spring ALL student organizations are required to complete Annual Registration. The annual registration process allows student organization leaders to review, update, and share important information about their organization with VCU. Annual Registration is required in order to be eligible for access to (1) SGA funding, (2) SOVO Fair participation, and (3) Camps space reservations in EMS, and other resources on campus.
As an advisor, it is important to check in with your organization to ensure that they are completing this important annual task. Here are some key things the student leaders need to prepare to be ready:
ONLY the president for the 2025-2026 academic year may complete this form
Student Leaders MUST update officer roles in RamsConnect (Learn how to update officer roles in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)
Student Leaders MUST update membership rosters in RamsConnect (Learn how to update your membership roster in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)

Officer Transition
Along with registration, consider helping your organization with officer transition plans and ensuring new officers have the information they need to be successful in their new roles. This can include:
Access to important documents, folders, drives, as well as passwords and account information
Learning about processes like annual re-registration and funding requests
