SPRING FUNDING APPLICATION NOW OPEN
Student Government Association’s Independent Financial Board has opened the application for student organization funding for the spring semester. The application is open through November 12th at 11:55pm. Apply as soon as possible to be considered for funding your organization this coming spring semester.
Congratulations to the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students for winning the Pumpkin Picasso contest with their EYE catching design. Here are the results:

RSO CONDUCT REPORT
This Registered Student Organization Conduct Report is designed to be broad in scope to help students interested in joining a VCU student organization make informed decisions about joining or participating in activities. It includes findings of responsibility for violations of the Student Code of Conduct by all student organizations.
Prospective members of student organizations who have questions about interpreting information in this report may seek clarification from Student Conduct and Academic Integrity (SCAI) at stuconduct@vcu.edu.
HAZING REPORTING FORM
The purpose of this form is to gather information about potential hazing activity in our community. This information will be shared with the proper campus offices for appropriate action. So we may fully investigate your report, please give as much information as you can. You can choose to provide your name and contact information or to remain anonymous.
If there is an immediate and significant risk to health or safety, contact VCU Police at (804) 828-1234 or dial 911.

All student organizations hosting events where alcohol will be served must complete this Notification of an Event with Alcohol Form in RamsConnect at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any alcohol event. More information about the student organization alcohol policy can be found both on the notification form and in the Student Organization Handbook.
