2025-26 Annual Student Organization Re-Registration Starts Today, May 1st
Starting today, all student organizations are required to submit the annual re-registration form in order to be recognized by the university and to be eligible to access (1) SGA funding, (2) SOVO Fair participation, and (3) campus space reservations in EMS.
Key Things to Prepare For BEFORE filling out the form:
ONLY the president for the 2025-2026 academic year may complete this form
You MUST update your officer roles in RamsConnect (Learn how to update officer roles in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)
You MUST update your membership rosters in RamsConnect (Learn how to update your membership roster in the RamsConnect User Guide > Members and Officers)
If your student organization has been granted funding for the academic year, the following are important deadlines:
Tuesday April 1st, 2025 - The deadline has passed to submit purchase requests (VCU staff tenders payment on your organization’s behalf).
Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 - Funding cannot be used for any purpose after this date.
Monday, May 5th, 2025 - Last day to submit reimbursements. Reimbursements are only allowed for Food/Beverages purchases and Travel and must be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date.
