Hello Student Organization Leaders!
Only 10 days left to complete annual re-registration! If you have not yet submitted your annual re-registration form, please do so by June 1st or your organization may be deactivated.
If you have already been approved, no action is needed.
If you’ve been asked to make modifications, those are also due by June 1st.
TIP: Check your “My Surveys/Forms to ensure that your form was submitted. We see a LOT in “draft” status.
Each year, all student orgs are required to submit the annual re-registration form in order to be recognized by the university and to be eligible to access 1) SGA funding, 2) SOVO Fair participation, and 3) campus space reservations in EMS.Failure to submit annual re-registration may result in deactivation.
Annual re-registration ends on June 1st.
Here are some key things to prepare for BEFORE filling out the form (failure to have these items reflected in your submission will result in a delayed registration process):
