Tickets are still available for this year's TEDxVCU live speaking event! Tickets are free for all students, staff, and faculty. Tickets can be reserved using your VCU email address here: TEDxVCU Bloom 
 
The event, held in the Student Commons Theater from 4pm-6pm on Saturday, April 5th features live TEDx talks from members of the VCU community, a meet & greet with the participants as well as light refreshments and special giveaways. The summer orientation magazine, The Compass, is taking reservations for advertising. Student organizations are eligible for deeply discounted rates:
• Full pages: $95

• Half pages: $70
• Quarter pages: $40

Ad space reserved by Friday, April 8 gets an extra 10% discount. 

The Compass goes out to every new student who visits this summer for an orientation session — it’s a great chance to introduce yourself to the newest members of the Ramily!

Annual Re-Registration is Coming Soon!

May 1st Through June 1st

It's that time again! Annual Re-Registration is just around the corner. Start preparing now by updating your officers and members, reviewing your constitution, and making sure your advisor is in place for the 2025-2026 academic year.

DSA Finance Deadlines for Student Orgs

If your student organization has been granted funding for the academic year, the following are important deadlines:

Tuesday April 1st, 2025 - The deadline has passed to submit purchase requests (VCU staff tenders payment on your organization’s behalf). 

Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 - Funding cannot be used for any purpose after this date.

Monday, May 5th, 2025 - Last day to submit reimbursements. Reimbursements are only allowed for Food/Beverages purchases and Travel and must be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date.
