Omicron Delta Kappa helps leaders improve their skills, share their ideas, and continue to make a difference in their communities. You have the opportunity to expand those leadership skills through the National Leadership Conference, continue your education through post-collegiate scholarships, share your ideas through a variety of internships and experiences, and much more with our member benefits.

Events & Activities

Attending GBMs and engaging with members and the community during day-of-service events or social mixers.

Scholarships

Every year, Omicron Delta Kappa awards scholarships and fellowships to collegiate members to continue their education through graduate and professional study. We are also looking for those individuals who will use the skills acquired during their collegiate experience to make meaningful contributions to improve their communities and community members into the future.

Connnections

The annual OΔK National Leadership Conference offers collegiate members, as well as lifetime members at any stage in their career, an opportunity to gather and share in a leadership development experience.
