Mission
Omicron Delta Kappa (OΔK), the premier national leadership honor society, recognizes and connects exceptional leaders across all areas of collegiate life. At Virginia Commonwealth University, our OΔK Circle aspires to embody the Society’s core values of collaboration, inclusivity, integrity, scholarship, and service.

We are dedicated to identifying and engaging the most accomplished student and faculty leaders at VCU. These individuals demonstrate excellence in academics and research, athletics, service to campus and community, communications, and the creative and performing arts. Our members work together to strengthen the university community and inspire others to lead with purpose and integrity.

As a service-oriented organization, the VCU Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa strives to uphold the Society’s century-long tradition of fostering leadership that extends beyond the classroom. We focus on cultivating a legacy of ethical, impactful, and collaborative leaders who will shape the future of our campus, our communities, and the world.
