Intercultural Festival

The Intercultural Festival will take place Saturday, April 9 from 12 to 3 pm. This is a free event that is open to all students. Held at The Ram Horns Plaza at the Commons, the first 500 students to attend will get free vouchers for the food trucks. Bring cash to buy extra food! Food trucks include Auntie Nings; Choega's Dumpling & Noodle Cart; Jijis; Lady Sharon’s Soul Food Kitchen; Mary's Empanadas; Noah’s Bao Buns; and, Thai Top Ten. Student organizations will host cultural performances and Interactive cultural activities.  This includes Bhangra, Bachata and Bollywood Dance Performances; Friendship Bracelet DYI Station; Henna Art with Ancient Yemini Script; Refugee Visual Exhibit + Letter to Representative and Petition; Bachata Steps Mini-Lessons; Zine Making Demo; and, Paper Fan Decorations with Traditional Calligraphy.
