Welcome Class of 2023! Rec Sports Night is a perfect opportunity for first-year students and anyone new to VCU to learn about the various programs Rec Sports has to offer. Along with information tables from each program, the night will include activities such as Vinyasa Yoga, SUP HIIT, Log Rolling, Wheelchair Basketball, Lawn Games, five-minute massages, Sport Club demonstrations, S'mores and more! Free prizes and food will be given away too!
