No experience is required we teach you all you need to know in order to play.
Rugby is a highly physical game, involving the use of various body parts to obtain maximum performance. As such players derive many physical benefits, including increased cardio, strength, and stamina.
It's also a highly social sport involving many interactions between team members and coaches. Through rugby, students get to learn how to work as a team and know how to make decisions that benefit not just themselves but also their teammates.
Playing rugby will be the best decision you'll ever make in your life. Thank you for your time. Best of luck!
The object of the game is to ground the ball behind the opponent's try line, into what is called the in-goal area. Rugby is played both with the ball in hand and by kicking the ball. However, when the ball is being carried in hand it can only be thrown or handed off backwards.
