Please be advised, if your student organization has been granted funding for the academic year, the last date to submit purchase requests (as in, VCU staff tenders payment on your organization’s behalf) is April 1st, 2025. This is the last date possible for student organizations to request physical goods before the end of the academic year.
Contact cfsof@vcu.edu if you have any questions.
As we approach the end of the academic year, don’t forget that annual re-registration is coming up! Make sure your student organization is prepared to stay active for another year. Now is also the perfect time to start planning your officer transition to ensure a smooth handoff for the next leadership team.
