Before you hit the road (or the skies), make sure your organization is cleared for takeoff:
All student organizations are encouraged to share their travel details with the student org office through the Travel Reporting Form. Submitting this form is required for any student organization receiving university funding (partial or full funding) for organization travel. Registered Student Organizations receiving any university funding for travel must complete this form 30 days before travel to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
International Trips: Heading abroad? Connect with the Global Education Office (GEO) early! If you are planning an international trip this year, be sure to have each traveler register with the Global Education Office. They have a central registry of VCU travelers for health and safety purposes. If you have any questions or would like pre-departure support, please email abroad@vcu.edu.
