TITLE: Scale-Out academic research: A commercialization case study
ABSTRACT: Every researcher wants to see their laboratory work result in a measurable change in people’s lives. One way to do that is through commercialization, or scale-out of the research from the laboratory into a business. This talk will present the challenges associated with that process through a case-study of a VCU spin-out Nanofoundry LLC.
