About Us

We are the Men's Ultimate Frisbee Club @ VCU, a regional contender competing against some of the best teams in the nation. We play against squads up and down the east coast, including Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, William and Mary, South Carolina, Clemson, UNC, James Madison, NC State, Tennessee, and many others. Competition is tournament style, in which we play multiple games throughout a weekend. We also scrimmage local club teams and colleges. We welcome all skill levels. Our current roster consists of players who have never played before up to pro level players who compete in the MLU. (Major League Ultimate) If you have any interest at all, come out! VCU RecSports Liability Waiver

Please complete the RecSports Liability Waiver before coming to any practices. We cannot let anyone on the field who has not completed this. Directions on how to complete this are linked below

Practice Schedule

We host practices 3 days weekly. Open practice begins on Tuesday, August 28 and will continue to host open practice throughout the tryout process. Tryouts are held during practice the weeks of September 4th and 11th. Feel free to join us anytime during open practice! Our practice schedule is as follows:
