Envision Leadership: Leadership Development for Student Organizations

Overview

Envision Leadership is a 6 week hybrid cohort program for leadership development with a focus on student organizations and groups. Students in the program will explore the skills and behaviors that will lead them to success in groups and organizations. This includes: Coaching and Empowerment, Collaboration and Common Purpose, Group Dynamics, and more.

Weekly Sessions held on Thursdays from February 24th to April 14th @ 4pm to 5pm in The Commons

How It Works:

Program participants attend 6 sessions over the course of the semester. Participants are required to:

• Be a member and/or officer of a student organization or group at VCU

• Attend all six sessions 

• Complete a personal leadership statement
