Over the past several months, students from all over the world have organized in various ways to facilitate social change.

Student leaders actively made space for themselves, future leaders, and their communities.

But there is so much more work ahead.

Thank you for joining The Commons on Thursday, October 15 for Student Activism, Deconstructed, an interactive, masterclass facilitated by Ashley Gaddy of Ashley Gaddy Enterprises.

The masterclass helped students to:

Understand the history of activism and its role in civic engagement.

Learn how student leadership can be used to facilitate effective change at the institutional level and beyond.

Provide tangible tools to use their platform in activism work.

This is a pivotal moment.

What we do today will impact our world for years to come.
