RVARB Community Walk

Our community walks form the backbone of our organization. Every few weeks, we congregate at an assembly point in an underserved neighborhood of Richmond and walk through the surrounding streets. We meet people at their homes and directly survey their needs, and collect their information for our Resource Team to figure out what organizations to partner with to help them.
For this walk, we plan to assemble at Hood Temple in Jackson Ward, only a short walk from campus. From there, we will walk as a group with community members from all across the city and RPD to meet people and understand their needs. We'll train you on procedures and protocols on the day of.
