Officer Transition: A Leadership and Student Organization Workshop

The Leadership and Student Organization (LSO) workshops will engage in a topical organizational leadership development for student organizations with a focus on applying learned concepts and ideas to their group dynamics and culture.

Creating a smooth transition between this year's officers and next year's officer is critical for the continued success and sustainability of student organizations. This workshop focuses on how to create that smooth transition, including tools and timelines.
