Our services include:
-Assist with locating properties and roommates.Engage students into the VCU & Richmond communities
-Educate students in regards to life skills including leasing, budgeting, setting up utility accounts and more.
-Assist with conflicts amongst roommates, landlords and/or neighbors
-Property Search or Budget Assistance: For those whom understand the leasing and budgeting process, but just need help locating properties, please sign up for an appointment at https://vcuoffcampus.youcanbook.me.
