Blake G. Carroll is a Manager on PwC's Talent team, working specifically as a Deployment Consultant for PwC's Tax Reporting and Strategy group. Currently, he helps engagement teams build their teams to maximize team effectiveness, balance workloads, and deliver high-quality work while providing career development opportunities to the employees. Blake started his accounting career at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing his undergraduate degree in Sales and his Master's in Accounting. He started with PwC in 2017 as a Tax Associate, eventually becoming a Tax Manager with the firm. 



Blake is also a CPA Exam coach who works with Aspiring CPAs, individually or in groups, to help them pass all four sections of the exam. He believes that passing the CPA exam requires more than just technical knowledge; it demands the right mindset and strategic approach. His coaching focuses on building the mental resilience, habits, skills, and effective study techniques needed to conquer the CPA exams.
