Mission
Muevelo is a Virginia Commonwealth University Student Organization and Dance Team
whose mission is to culturally enrich the VCU, and the greater Richmond community
through the art of performing, volunteerism, and education of dance culture. As a group, we work together to connect the art of dance and the beauty of diversity through the combination of rhythmic Latin beats.

We are latinx-based, but not latinx-exclusive. We strive to create a community of
people from all backgrounds that is centered around dance whether it be social dancing,
workshops, events, or competitions.
