The mission for LWC is to have an organization where women of color feel included. This organization would need to focus on the strengths and power of colored women as they develop leadership skills, mentoring opportunities, opportunities to get mentored, scholarship opportunities, and community service. In hopes to keep this organization a place where it doesn't feel like an organization but a family.
