About Us

The Grappling Club at VCU aims to foster a community where members can safely learn and practice the art of grappling by incorporating techniques from multiple disciplines such as Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, and wrestling. We strive to offer comprehensive training that includes takedowns, ground control, and the application of effective submissions. Additionally, we are committed to enabling our members to compete both locally and in intercollegiate competitions.
