Join us to build your scholarly visibility with Scholars Compass and ORCID. In this two-for-one session, you’ll learn about the ETD process and then how to link your ETD to your ORCID researcher ID profile. We’ll start with a walkthrough of the online publishing process for depositing your electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) on Scholar’s Compass. You’ll get a look at the interface, preview the steps you’ll take to submit your ETD, and have a chance to ask your questions. Then, you’ll learn how to create an online profile with ORCID, the digital Open Researcher and Contributor ID. The ORCID profile acts as an online vita to help your ETD and other research products be more visible online.
