Founded in 1848, The International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta is one of the nation's oldest and most respected fraternities. With 144 undergraduate chapters and 61 graduate chapters across the US and Canada, Phi Gamma Delta offers men of character the opportunity the make lifelong friends, network with thousands of brothers, and develop themselves in an uplifting, diverse environment. Our goal is to promote Friendship, Knowledge, Service, Morality, and Excellence wherever we go. Our specific chapter, Mu Pi, was chartered on November 15th, 2014. Since, then we have been the premier organization for developing men professionally, academically, and socially. We reject the standard idea of the "frat boy," and instead strive to help our members become the best possible version of themselves. Whether you are an aspiring artist, musician, athlete, scientist, doctor, businessman, engineer, or lawyer, we welcome you with open arms. Our most cherished mission is to give back to our community. Our chapter is heavily involved with the Ampersand Pantry Project, and we provide weekly meals to the homeless and disadvantaged populations of Richmond. Individually, many of our members have been involved with the Black Lives Matter protests, volunteer with ESL and special-needs students, and provide services for the local cathedral. If you want more than just a social outlet, if you want brotherhood and an opportunity to grow and give back, then RUSH FIJI!
