Come learn about how you can be apart of the Summer Intercultural Leadership Program this summer at this virtual information session!

The Summer Intercultural Leadership Program is a summer study abroad located at CEPA's European Studies Center at the Château de Pourtalès, a 250 year old castle outside Strasbourg, France, on the German border. participants will improve leadership and communication skills, learn about European cultures, and explore France and Germany inside the classroom and out. This program offers a rich cultural and academic experience with an extensive range of extracurricular and cocurricular activities including excursions in, around, and beyond Strasbourg.

Students will enroll in 2 courses through the 4 week program earning a total of 6 credits. VCU faculty member, Dr. Mike Rackett of Interdisciplinary Studies and VCU Transform, will teach IDST 391: Leadership for Social Change for 3 credits during the first two weeks. in the second half of the program students will take Culturology: Cross-Cultural Communication (which will transfer back to VCU as SOCY 3xx) taught by a CEPA affiliate faculty member.
