About Us
Medical debt is the #1 cause of debt in the United States - and with over 50% of hospitals in the US holding a non-profit status, financial assistance policies (required due to the non-profit status) are being underutilized.
Our mission is to work as an extension of the non-profit Dollar For and aid in assisting low-income Americans with submitting their medical debt for forgiveness utilizing charity care programs at hospitals. We aim to assist in the submission of over $1,000,000 of medical debt in 2022 while expanding our reach in the Richmond area.
As of May 2022, we have aided in the submission of upwards of $80,000 of medical debt to be considered for forgiveness - 8% of our 2022 goal within 2 months of our establishment!
