The BSWSA is planning to host a social work panel discussion before fall break that seeks to bring professionals across the field to share their experience and expertise. The field of social work is infamously diverse, with almost unparalleled occupational versatility. We hope to bring these professionals together to inspire and inform those seeking a career in social work of their opportunities.
This event will have both in person and online zoom attendance options. The in-person attendance option will occur in room 4100 on the fourth floor of the Academic Learning Commons. In-person space in limited to the first 25 that are able to RSVP.
We are bringing in professionals to discuss their experiences in the following areas of social work:
Clinical social work, private practice therapy, social work research, community health and organization, housing, and nonprofit management.
