HIIT the Ground Running! with a quick, 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout to start your week. Led by a student instructor and sponsored by the Dean of Students Office, all participants will also receive a coupon to Jonah's or Starbucks while visiting Larrick Student Center. HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Workouts are scalable to any fitness level with a focus on cardio and muscular strength/endurance.
