Flyer for Fall 2025 Institute for Transformative Leadership ( ITL ) Student Cohort
🌱 About the Program
The ITL Cohort is an 8-week leadership experience designed to help students:
✔️ Build leadership grounded in trust, well-being, and compassion
✔️ Connect with peers across VCU
✔️ Apply people-centered strategies to school, work, and life
Sessions are 1 hour per week, with at least 6 of the 8 sessions required to complete the program and receive a digital badge in Transformative Leadership.
🧭 Choose Your Cohort
You have the option to select the session time and format that works best for your schedule:
In-Person Cohort:
🗓 Tuesdays @ 3:30 PM | 🏫 On Campus
📍 September 9 – October 21
🎉 Celebration: November 18


Online Cohort:
🗓 Thursdays @ 2:30 PM | 💻 Zoom
📍 September 11 – October 23
🎉 Celebration: November 20
